Folik asit, (B9 vitamini) içeren gıda takviyesididir. Folik asit, B9 vitamini olarak da bilinen folata ait bir B vitamini türevidir. Vücutta hücre bölünmesi ve DNA sentezi gibi birçok önemli işlevi yerine getirir. Ayrıca fetal gelişim sırasında doğru omurga ve beyin gelişimi için önemlidir.
